Circular inspection well
1. Reinforcement framework: cold rolled ribbed steel bar and hot-rolled
ribbed steel bar are used respectively according to different
specifications of well chamber, and all shaft chamber and regulating
joint are rolled and welded. The bottom of the well is bound or welded
with the shaft wall after manual binding.
2. Concrete mixing: the concrete used in the circular well is dry and
hard concrete. The quality of raw materials, the water consumption of
concrete and the Weibull consistency index of concrete shall be strictly
controlled. The mixing equipment adopts double horizontal shaft type,
program control, sensor weighing automatic 1 cubic meter mixing station.
This fully ensures the workability and strength of concrete. From the
concrete mixing to pouring, the automation is basically realized.
3. The molding of round concrete inspection well: both the bottom
chamber and the regulating block are formed by core mold vibration. In
the process of trial production of inspection well with bottom, the
bottom of well collapses when the internal mold is removed. At first,
influenced by some seemingly theories (emphasizing the negative pressure
produced by the stripping), the bottom hole collapsed when demoulding.
After repeated tests, the interference of the original wrong theory was
eliminated. We found out the reason, improved the production process,
and completely solved the problem of no collapse at the bottom of the
well chamber with bottom. The problem of annular cracking at the contact
between the bottom hole and the shaft wall during the maintenance
period was solved
